Data that stays on your device

The app accesses the following in order to work. Your data is never sent to Arin Works or any server. A document (PDF, image) or backup file leaves the device only when you share it, and only to the app you choose. You enter personal data belonging to others (customers, employees); it is stored on your device and you decide which document to share with whom.

• Financial info — the item prices, VAT and discount rates, quote, pro forma and receipt amounts and bank account (IBAN) details you enter are kept only on the device to prepare documents
• Personal info — your business's and your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, tax offices and tax/ID numbers are kept only on the device to print them on documents
• Photos — the logo image you pick is resized, copied into the app's own database and printed on your documents
• Files and docs — PDF documents and the backup file are created on the device and go only to the app you choose when you share them

Storage and deletion

Your data is stored in the app’s own storage area on your device. On Android, the app is not backed up to your Google account; deleting the app removes your data from the device. On iOS, app data may be included in your device's iCloud backup; that backup stays in your Apple account and never reaches us. You can export your data at any time using the in-app backup feature; the backup file goes only where you send it. The backup is an unencrypted JSON file, so keep it somewhere you trust.

Children’s privacy

This app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date on this page changes. The current version is always available on this page.
